Kaleidoscope Solutions was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that neurodivergent students don't need to be fixed they need to be understood, supported, and given the tools to thrive on their own terms.
At the heart of Kaleidoscope Solutions is a qualified DSA Specialist Mentor, ADHD Coach, psychology postgraduate, published author, and experienced workshop facilitator, whose work is driven not only by professional expertise but by lived experience. As a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individual, our founder understands firsthand what it means to navigate systems and spaces that were never quite designed with you in mind and has spent years working to change that, one student at a time.
With a background spanning higher education support, psychological frameworks, and advocacy, Kaleidoscope Solutions brings together clinical knowledge and genuine empathy in equal measure. Our founder has supported neurodivergent students across a wide range of settings, authored resources that centre neurodivergent voices and experiences, and delivered workshops that challenge assumptions and open up new ways of thinking about learning, identity, and potential. This includes facilitating workshops at the British Film Institute as part of the Flair Film Festival, and giving talks to local autism charity groups supporting parents of autistic children spaces where honest, informed conversation about neurodiversity can make a real and lasting difference to families navigating complex systems.
Kaleidoscope Solutions also works closely with Queerwell, a national LGBTQIA+ charity whose work sits at the intersection of queer identity and neurodivergence. This partnership reflects a core commitment to recognising that many neurodivergent students are also navigating questions of identity, belonging, and visibility and that truly effective support must honour the whole person.
As a passionate advocate for both neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities, our founder is committed to creating spaces where students feel seen not just as learners, but as whole people. At Kaleidoscope Solutions, intersectionality isn't an afterthought; it's woven into everything we do.
If you're looking for support that truly understands you - you're in the right place.
